Wind Energy

Wind techs are in high demand, both here in northwest Missouri and across the nation. In fact, it’s one of the fastest-growing occupations in America. Enel Green Power created 19 new full-time jobs here in Tarkio when our Rock Creek wind farm began operation in 2017. Even more opportunities will open up as our company builds new projects across the nation, including the White Cloud wind project under construction in Nodaway County. As a Tarkio native, I’m excited that Tarkio College is connecting students in our region to careers in the fast-growing wind industry.
